Overlooked in the Cruz path to the White House

Ted Cruz wants Republicans to ask themselves what his political father, Ronald Reagan, asked Americans more than 30 years ago: Are you better off now than you were four years ago? Everything he has done so far, since he became the first declared presidential candidate, has made this the central question of his campaign. He wants to seize on the dissatisfaction of social conservative hardliners and ride that wave to the nomination. Now, a new plan by a super PAC backing Cruz, shows the level of dedication to testing that presumption, particularity when it comes to the use of "wedge or magnet" issues.
