Republican playbook reveals strategy to win over 'freedom-loving' millennials

A group of Republicans has written a playbook that purports to answer the question puzzling Hillary Clinton, conservatives and advertisers everywhere: what do millennials want?
Alexandra Smith, chairwoman of the College Republican National Committee, told reporters on Wednesday that the plan, titled Millennial.GOP, was meant to help “Republican candidates up and down the ballot” persuade young people to support the party.
