Trump prepared to cede Wyoming delegate contest

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — Donald Trump's presidential campaign has all but thrown in the towel in Wyoming ahead of Saturday's Republican convention. --The billionaire businessman's campaign made a conscious decision not to commit resources to Wyoming, according to Alan Cobb, a senior Trump adviser. --Trump picked only up a single delegate in last month's Wyoming county conventions while rival Ted Cruz scored nine. Kasich predicts open convention: 'It’s going to be so much fun'

Republican presidential candidate John Kasich said he thinks he has a good chance at a contested convention this summer. "I believe that a convention will look at somebody like me, and that’s why I think I’m going to be the nominee," the Ohio governor said on ABC's "This Week" on Sunday.

Is Ted Cruz Going to Be Able to Pull This Off?

Right now, as a #NeverTrump guy, I’m rooting hard for Ted Cruz. We haven’t seen any polls conducted after Rubio’s departure from the race – either in key upcoming states or nationally – so we don’t have a good sense of whether anti-Trump Republicans are coalescing around him.

Cruz ready for contested GOP convention

Texas Sen. Ted Cruz is more comfortable with a contested convention than a brokered convention that's decided by power brokers in July. In an interview with Fox News' Megyn Kelly, Cruz explained his reasoning for welcoming a fight on the floor of the GOP convention.
