The same day Donald Trump's campaign cancelled his appearance at the Heritage Action Presidential Forum, the candidate released a policy paper on his plan to expand gun rights Friday. The paper, dubbed "Protecting Our Second Amendment Rights Will Make America Great Again," calls for an end to gun and magazine bans and nationwide concealed carry permits.
