Assange: More indictment-worthy Hillary emails coming

One of the interesting things about Julian Assange is that, love him or hate him; he’s a guy who never seems to bluff. If he says something is coming, it usually does. The world may pounce on it, or choose to ignore it, but he almost always follows through on his threats/promises.

Uh-Oh: Newly Released Email Was Marked Classified When It Hit Clinton's Server

Hillary Clinton has claimed from the very beginning of the email scandal that nothing she sent or received was marked classified at the time. As recently as Wednesday of this week, she told Fox News' Bret Baier, "nothing that I sent or received was marked classified. And nothing has been demonstrated to contradict that. So it is the fact. It was the fact when I first said it. It is the fact that I’m saying it now."

State Department Blocks Release Of Hillary Clinton-Era TPP Emails Until After The Election

Trade is a hot issue in the 2016 U.S. presidential campaign. But correspondence from Hillary Clinton and her top State Department aides about a controversial 12-nation trade deal will not be available for public review — at least not until after the election. The Obama administration abruptly blocked the release of Clinton’s State Department correspondence about the so-called Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), after first saying it expected to produce the emails this spring.

Hillary Clinton aide moves to block release of deposition video

Hillary Clinton's former chief of staff, Cheryl Mills, is asking a federal judge to order a conservative group not to release audio or video recordings of a deposition Mills is scheduled to give Friday about Clinton's use of a private email server during her tenure as secretary of state. --Mills' attorneys filed a motion Wednesday afternoon saying they fear that the group that sought Mills' deposition in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit, Judicial Watch, will use any recording to distort Mills' testimony and advance the group's anti-Clinton agenda. Clinton's Private Server, Sanders' Public Blindness

Of course I had to ask Sen. Bernie Sanders about former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's private email account when he came to a San Francisco Chronicle editorial board meeting Tuesday. When Sanders famously offered that he didn't want to hear about those "damn emails" -- the focus of an FBI investigation -- during the first 2016 Democratic primary debate, he forfeited a potent issue.

Two Words May Have Given Away FBI’s Decision To File Criminal Charges Against Hillary

Those of us who have been waiting patiently (or not so much) for the FBI to file criminal charges against Hillary Clinton for treating classified information like outdated takeout menus may have a clue of what’s about to happen.

Email Scandal: A Desperate Clinton Lashes Out At Independent Investigators

If Hillary Clinton’s increasingly reckless attempts to spin conspiracy theories are any indication, she’s far more worried about her email scandal than she lets on. Witness her recent attempts to smear independent investigators.

Justice Dept. grants immunity to staffer who set up Clinton email server

The Justice Department has granted immunity to a former State Department staffer, who worked on Hillary Clinton’s private email server, as part of a criminal investigation into the possible mishandling of classified information, according to a senior law enforcement official.

Clinton email scandal: Why it might be time for Democrats to draft Joe Biden

The Hillary Clinton email issue is developing into a real whodunit, complete with Clintonesque legal semantics. "I never sent or received any material marked classified," she said with respect to the discovery of classified information on her private, unclassified email server. That surface denial nearly rivals Bill Clinton's classic: "I did not have sexual relations with that woman." But this is no laughing matter.

The Email Saga The more you know about the State Department, the worse Hillary's actions look.

For alumni of U.S. national-security departments and agencies, Clinton's email saga is mind-numbing. The publicly available information makes clear she and her aides violated so many elementary security prohibitions that alumni are speechless. They wonder, had they done what she did, how quickly they would have lost their clearances and jobs and how extensive the criminal indictments against them would be.

Andrea Mitchell Defends Hillary on Emails: 'I Don't Think There is Legal Culpability'

Hillary Clinton's criminal defense attorney made a surprise appearance on today's Morning Joe, saying . . . oh, wait: that wasn't Hillary's lawyer--it was Andrea Mitchell. Same difference. Relying on her sources, Mitchell asserted "I don't think there is the legal culpability here." Andrea first suggested that Hillary lacked "intent." Joe Scarborough pushed back hard, noting that the statute also criminalizes being "reckless" with classified material.

Obama Admin For First Time Concedes 22 Top Secret Emails on Hillary's Home Server

The Obama administration confirmed for the first time Friday that Hillary Clinton's unsecured home server contained some of the U.S. government's most closely guarded secrets, censoring 22 emails with material demanding one of the highest levels of classification. The revelation comes just three days before the Iowa presidential nominating caucuses in which Clinton is a candidate.

What Happens if Hillary Isn't Indicted?'

Just when we were thinking it couldn't get much worse with Hillary's email scandal, an inspector general's unclassified letter to lawmakers tells us the former secretary of state was keeping the most classified of all intelligence material -- beyond "top secret" -- on her homebrew server.

Hillary’s Problems Grow

This week, three weeks before the Iowa caucuses, Hillary Clinton spent valuable time during an appearance on Face the Nation swatting down stories that surfaced Friday. Early on Friday morning when most Americans are asleep, save second story men, the State Department released thousands of Hillary’s e-mails. In one she seemed to be asking her aide, Jake Sullivan, to send her classified information across a “non-secure” line. That is to say, across her personal server.

Whoa: Hillary e-mail instructs aide to transmit classified data without markings

Has the State Department released a smoking gun in the Hillary Clinton e-mail scandal? In a thread from June 2011, Hillary exchanges e-mails with Jake Sullivan, then her deputy chief of staff and now her campaign foreign-policy adviser, in which she impatiently waits for a set of talking points. When Sullivan tells her that the source is having trouble with the secure fax, Hillary then orders Sullivan to have the data stripped of its markings and sent through a non-secure channel.

That should be game, set, and match, yes?

Hillary's Watergate Looms: Washington insider predicts indictment over email scandal

Of all the welter of predictions for 2016, by far the most dramatic seems to have been given short shrift or swept under the rug -- the possible indictment of Hillary Rodham Clinton while running for the presidency. Were such an event to occur, it would dominate our culture as nothing since Watergate. Yet most of us put it in the back of our minds, thinking it could never happen and focusing on the latest back and forth with Trump.

Emails: CNN Reporter Coordinated With Hillary Aide To Smear Rand Paul During 2013 Benghazi Hearing

A CNN reporter who was recently suspended for two weeks for violating the network's editorial guidelines showed up in a new trove of State Department emails released on Tuesday in which she appears to have coordinated social media posts with a top Hillary Clinton State Department aide during the former secretary of state's Jan. 23, 2013 Senate testimony about the Benghazi attacks.

Email Reveals e Huma Abedin Warning State Department Staffer That Hillary “Often Confused”

Judicial Watch today released more than 35 pages of emails former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s top aide Huma Abedin revealing that Abedin advised Clinton aide and frequent companion Monica Hanley that it was “very important” to go over phone calls with Clinton because the former Secretary of State was “often confused.”  The emails, from Abedin’s “Huma@clintonemail.com” address, also reveal repeated security breaches, with the Secretary’s schedule and movements being sent and received through Abedin’s non-governmental and unsecured Clinton server account.

FBI expands probe of Clinton emails, launches independent classification review

The FBI has expanded its probe of Hillary Clinton's emails, with agents exploring whether multiple statements violate a federal false statements statute, according to intelligence sources familiar with the ongoing case. Fox News is told agents are looking at U.S. Code 18, Section 1001, which pertains to "materially false" statements given either in writing, orally or through a third party. Violations also include pressuring a third party to conspire in a cover-up. Each felony violation is subject to five years in prison.

There may be ANOTHER Clintonemail server

There’s another data company involved in the Hillary Clinton email saga. The FBI is trying to get a hold of Datto Inc.’s backup server to see if any of Clinton’s State Department emails can be found on it. It appears the company was hired to be the backup in May 2013, which is after Clinton left the State Department. The Washington Post writes that could mean Datto has just a few Clinton’s emails. Of course, it also means they could have a few years’ worth.
