Hillary Clinton has a lot of donors in the Justice Department, with some in high places
When James Comey concludes his FBI investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email affairs he will have to decide whether or not to turn the case over to the Justice Department for prosecution. Assuming he does so, the ball will be in Loretta Lynch’s court as to whether or not to move forward and it will fall to some group of legal beagles in that department as to how it’s handled. With that in mind, Secretary Clinton must be finding some reason to be hopeful in the fact that plenty of the people in the Department of Justice are donors to her presidential campaign.

Trump Paralyzed Hillary’s Campaign
Campaigns and candidates matter. Clinton cannot simply coast into the Oval Office. She’ll have to work for it, and it’s not clear that she knows precisely how that is done. For the moment, like the Republicans who tried and failed before her, Clinton and her campaign staffers seem utterly perplexed by the Trump phenomenon.

Violent clashes between antiwar protestors and Chicago police during the 1968 Democratic Convention boomeranged against the New Left and sabotaged the presidential hopes of the Democratic nominee, Hubert Humphrey, a genial, compassionate populist.
